Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always aim to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order details — US (cross-border) orders are generally priced higher than domestic Canadian orders to cover the added cost of international shipping.

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–15 business days for orders within Canada, and 7–15 business days for orders shipping to the United States. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the carrier's current volume, and customs processing for cross-border orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes above, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier delays, customs, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if we're made aware of a significant delay.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help make it right.
